Job Description:

As a Telecaller, you will be an integral part of our team, responsible for initiating and maintaining communication with potential customers. Your primary objective will be to promote our products/services, generate leads, and ultimately contribute to the company's growth.


  1. Outbound Calls: Initiate outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads or databases.
  2. Pitching Products/Services: Effectively communicate the features and benefits of our products/services to potential customers.
  3. Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads through proactive calling and engagement.
  4. Customer Engagement: Build rapport and establish long-term relationships with customers through exceptional communication skills.
  5. Follow-up: Conduct timely follow-ups with prospective customers to nurture leads and facilitate sales conversions.
  6. Achieve Targets: Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
  7. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of interactions, lead status, and customer information in the database.
  8. Feedback: Provide valuable feedback to the management team regarding customer preferences, market trends, and sales strategies.
  9. Adaptability: Adapt to changes in products, services, and sales strategies as required by the company.
  10. Professionalism: Demonstrate professionalism, integrity, and ethical behavior in all interactions with customers and colleagues.


  1. Education: Minimum 12th grade (High School) to Graduate.
  2. Experience: At least 1 year of experience in telecalling or sales-related roles preferred.
  3. Age: Candidates must be between 18 years to 40 years old.
  4. Gender: Open to all genders - male and female candidates are encouraged to apply.
  5. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and/or English.
  6. Persuasive Skills: Ability to persuade and influence potential customers effectively.
