Key Responsibilities:

  1. Outbound Calls: Initiate outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce our products/services, answer queries, and provide relevant information.
  2. Customer Engagement: Build rapport with customers through effective communication, actively listening to their needs, and offering appropriate solutions.
  3. Information Dissemination: Provide accurate information about our products/services, promotions, pricing, and any other relevant details to customers.
  4. Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads through proactive calling and follow-up, contributing to the expansion of our customer base.
  5. Data Management: Maintain detailed records of interactions with customers, including inquiries, feedback, and outcomes, using our CRM system.
  6. Performance Targets: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets, including call volumes, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction metrics.
  7. Team Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with team members and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience and contribute to overall team success.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills in English, Bengali, and/or other local languages.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Good negotiation and persuasion abilities.
  • Proficiency in using computers and familiarity with CRM software.
  • Ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
  • Positive attitude, resilience, and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
