  5. Data Management: Accurately record customer information, interactions, and transactions in the CRM system to maintain comprehensive and up-to-date records for future reference and analysis.
  6. Compliance Adherence: Adhere to all regulatory guidelines, banking policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and safeguard customer confidentiality and data security.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Education: Minimum qualification of 12th grade (Higher Secondary) to Graduate degree from a recognized institution.
  • Experience: A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales preferably in the banking or financial services sector.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi (additional regional languages preferred), with the ability to articulate information clearly and persuasively.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach, empathy, and the ability to build rapport and foster positive relationships with diverse customer segments.
  • Sales Acumen: Demonstrated ability to understand customer needs, identify sales opportunities, and effectively promote products and services to achieve sales targets.
  • Computer Literacy: Proficiency in basic computer applications such as MS Office, CRM software, and internet navigation for data entry and research purposes.
  • Age: Candidates must be between 18 to 40 years old, with flexibility in working hours to accommodate business needs.
