Position Telecaller

About the Role:
As a Telecaller, you will be an integral part of our sales and marketing team, responsible for contacting potential customers over the phone to promote our products/services, generate leads, and ultimately drive sales. Your primary goal will be to engage customers, build rapport, and convince them to take desired actions, such as scheduling appointments, attending events, or making purchases.
Key Responsibilities:
- Outbound Calling: Place outbound calls to individuals or businesses to introduce our products/services, explain their features, and answer any questions or concerns.
- Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads through proactive calling efforts, effectively capturing relevant information and updating the CRM system.
- Customer Engagement: Engage with customers courteously and professionally, actively listening to their needs and providing appropriate solutions or information.
- Sales Conversion: Utilize persuasive communication techniques to convert leads into sales opportunities, meeting or exceeding assigned targets and quotas.
- Follow-Up: Maintain regular follow-up with prospects who have shown interest but have not yet made a commitment, nurturing relationships and addressing any objections or hesitations.
- Data Management: Ensure accurate and up-to-date documentation of all interactions and transactions, recording relevant details in the CRM database.
- Collaboration: Coordinate with other departments, such as marketing or customer service, to ensure a seamless customer experience and alignment of messaging.
Requirements:
- Education: Minimum of 12th grade education required. Graduates preferred.
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in sales or telemarketing.
- Age: Between 18 to 40 years.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in [language(s) spoken in Balurghat], with the ability to articulate information clearly and persuasively.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish positive relationships over the phone.
- Persistence: Resilience and persistence in handling objections and rejections, with a positive attitude towards overcoming challenges.
- Tech-Savvy: Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software preferred.
- Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a dynamic, target-driven environment.
