Job Description:
As a Telecaller, you will be the first point of contact for our prospective clients. Your primary responsibility will be to make outbound calls to potential customers, introducing them to our products/services and persuading them to take the desired action, whether it's purchasing a product, scheduling an appointment, or participating in a survey. Your role will involve:
1. Customer Outreach: Initiating calls to individuals or businesses to promote our offerings and generate interest.
2. Building Relationships: Establishing rapport and building trust with prospects through effective communication and persuasion techniques.
3. Product/Service Knowledge: Having a deep understanding of our products/services to effectively address customer queries and concerns.
4. Achieving Targets: Meeting or exceeding daily, weekly, and monthly targets for call volume, lead generation, and conversion rates.
5. Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate records of all interactions with customers, including details of inquiries, complaints, or comments.
6. Feedback: Providing feedback to the management team regarding customer preferences, market trends, and competitor activities.
7. Continuous Learning: Staying updated with product/service knowledge, sales techniques, and industry trends through training sessions and self-learning initiatives.
Requirements:
1. Education: Minimum qualification of 12th grade (Higher Secondary) to Graduate level.
2. Experience: A minimum of 1 year of experience in telecalling or a related field is required.
3. Age: Candidates must be between 18 years to 40 years old.
4. Gender: This position is open to individuals of all genders - male and female candidates are encouraged to apply.
5. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and/or English. Proficiency in local languages is an advantage.
