Position Overview:
As a Telecaller you will play a crucial role in our customer acquisition and retention efforts. You will be responsible for reaching out to potential and existing customers via telephone to promote our products/services, address their inquiries, and ensure a seamless customer experience. Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Engagement: Initiate outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce our products/services, explain their features and benefits, and address any questions or concerns they may have.
- Lead Generation: Identify and qualify leads through proactive outbound calling efforts, gather pertinent information, and maintain accurate records of interactions in the database.
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers through regular follow-up calls, addressing their needs, and providing personalized assistance to enhance their satisfaction and loyalty.
- Sales Support: Collaborate closely with the sales team to provide them with qualified leads and support them in achieving their sales targets through effective communication and coordination.
- Feedback Collection: Actively gather feedback from customers regarding their experience with our products/services, identify areas for improvement, and relay insights to the relevant departments for continuous enhancement.
- Compliance: Adhere to all company policies and procedures, as well as regulatory requirements, to ensure ethical and compliant conduct in all customer interactions.
- Performance Metrics: Meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) such as call volume, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction scores to contribute to the overall success of the telecalling function.
Qualifications:
- Education: Minimum qualification of 10th grade (Matriculation) to Graduate level.
- Experience: At least 3 years of relevant experience in telecalling or customer service roles, preferably in a similar industry.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and English, with the ability to articulate information clearly and persuasively over the phone.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach, empathy, and the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Computer Literacy: Basic proficiency in MS Office applications and familiarity with CRM software for data entry and management.
- Resilience: Ability to handle rejection and objections positively, maintain composure under pressure, and persistently pursue goals.
- Team Player: Collaborative mindset with the willingness to work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve collective objectives.
