Position Overview: As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for engaging with potential customers over the phone to promote our products/services, address inquiries, and facilitate sales. Key Responsibilities:

  7. Feedback Loop: Provide valuable feedback to the management team regarding customer preferences, market trends, and potential areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Minimum 12th grade to Graduate.
  • Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in sales or customer service.
  • Age: Between 18 to 40 years.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in the local language and proficiency in Hindi/English.
