As a Telecaller, you will play a pivotal role in our organization by engaging with prospective and existing customers over the phone, providing them with information about our products/services, and persuading them to make purchases or take desired actions.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Outbound Calls: Initiate outgoing calls to potential customers from our database or leads provided by the company. Your goal will be to introduce our products/services, explain their benefits, and ultimately secure sales or appointments.
  2. Customer Engagement: Handle inbound calls promptly and professionally. Listen to customers' inquiries and concerns attentively, provide accurate information, and resolve issues or escalate them to the appropriate department when necessary.
  3. Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our products/services, pricing structures, and promotional offers. Be prepared to answer questions and address objections effectively to drive sales and maintain customer satisfaction.
  4. Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) set by the company. Proactively identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products/services to maximize revenue.
  5. Database Management: Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers in the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system. Update customer profiles, note relevant information, and track progress toward sales goals.
  6. Communication Skills: Communicate articulately and persuasively to build rapport with customers and influence their purchasing decisions. Tailor your approach to accommodate different personalities and handle objections with tact and professionalism.
  7. Team Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with colleagues and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience. Share insights, best practices, and feedback to continuously improve performance and achieve collective goals.

Requirements:

  • Education: A minimum of a high school diploma (12th grade) is required. Higher education such as a bachelor's degree is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Experience: At least 1 year of experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service roles is preferred. Candidates with a proven track record of meeting sales targets will be given preference.
  • Age: Candidates must be between 18 and 40 years old to be eligible for this position.
