Job Telecaller

We are seeking energetic individuals to join our team as Telecallers. As a Telecaller, you will play a pivotal role in our organization by engaging with prospective and existing customers over the phone, providing them with information about our products/services, and persuading them to make purchases or take desired actions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Outbound Calls: Initiate outgoing calls to potential customers from our database or leads provided by the company. Your goal will be to introduce our products/services, explain their benefits, and ultimately secure sales or appointments.
- Customer Engagement: Handle inbound calls promptly and professionally. Listen to customers' inquiries and concerns attentively, provide accurate information, and resolve issues or escalate them to the appropriate department when necessary.
- Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our products/services, pricing structures, and promotional offers. Be prepared to answer questions and address objections effectively to drive sales and maintain customer satisfaction.
- Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) set by the company. Proactively identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products/services to maximize revenue.
- Database Management: Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers in the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system. Update customer profiles, note relevant information, and track progress toward sales goals.
- Communication Skills: Communicate articulately and persuasively to build rapport with customers and influence their purchasing decisions. Tailor your approach to accommodate different personalities and handle objections with tact and professionalism.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with colleagues and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience. Share insights, best practices, and feedback to continuously improve performance and achieve collective goals.
Requirements:
- Education: A minimum of a high school diploma (12th grade) is required. Higher education such as a bachelor's degree is preferred but not mandatory.
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service roles is preferred. Candidates with a proven track record of meeting sales targets will be given preference.
- Age: Candidates must be between 18 and 40 years old to be eligible for this position.
