Position Overview:

As a Telecaller based in Bally, you will be an integral part of our customer engagement efforts. Additionally, you will handle inbound inquiries, addressing customer questions and concerns with professionalism and courtesy.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers using provided contact lists.
2. Deliver persuasive sales pitches to effectively promote our offerings and generate interest.
3. Listen attentively to customer inquiries and provide accurate information about our products/services.
4. Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate department for resolution.
5. Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions in the database.
6. Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly targets for call volume, sales, and customer satisfaction.
7. Stay updated on product knowledge and sales techniques through ongoing training and development sessions.
8. Collaborate closely with team members and supervisors to optimize performance and achieve collective goals.

Qualifications:

• Education: Minimum 12th grade to Graduate.
• Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
• Age: 18 years to 40 years.
• Gender: Male and female candidates are encouraged to apply.
