Job Description:
As a Telecaller, your primary responsibility will be to make outbound calls to prospective or existing customers. You will be tasked with:

- Product/Service Promotion: Introducing our products or services to potential customers and highlighting their features and benefits. Effectively communicating promotional offers or discounts to stimulate interest.
- Handling Inquiries: Addressing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing appropriate solutions or assistance. Demonstrating empathy and patience while dealing with customer concerns.
- Data Management: Maintaining accurate records of interactions with customers in the database. Updating customer information and ensuring data integrity.
- Achieving Targets: Meeting or exceeding daily, weekly, and monthly targets for call volume, conversion rates, and sales objectives. Demonstrating a proactive approach to achieving set goals.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborating with team members and other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination. Sharing insights and best practices to enhance team performance.
Requirements:
- Education: Minimum 12th-grade education to a Graduate degree.
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in a customer service or sales environment.
- Age: Between 18 to 40 years.
- Gender: Open to all genders - male and female.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and pleasant speaking voice. Proficiency in local languages or dialects may be advantageous.
- Listening Skills: Ability to actively listen to customer inquiries and respond appropriately with empathy and understanding.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities to address customer concerns and find suitable solutions.
