Job Description:
As a Telecaller, your primary responsibility will be to engage with potential customers over the phone and promote our products/services. You will be the first point of contact for many clients, so your ability to create a positive impression and effectively convey information will be crucial to our success. Here's what you can expect from this role:
1. Customer Interaction: You will initiate outbound calls to prospective customers and respond to inbound inquiries. Your goal will be to understand their needs, address any concerns, and effectively communicate the features and benefits of our offerings.
2. Sales Conversion: Utilize your persuasive skills to convert leads into sales. Through active listening and tailored communication, you will guide customers through the purchasing process and overcome objections to secure commitments.

4. Data Management: Accurately maintain records of all interactions, including details of calls, inquiries, and customer feedback, in our CRM system. Ensure data integrity and confidentiality at all times.
5. Target Achievement: Work towards achieving daily, weekly, and monthly targets set by the management. Continuously monitor your performance metrics and implement strategies to improve your efficiency and effectiveness.
6. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with colleagues from different departments, such as sales and marketing, to align efforts and optimize results. Share best practices, participate in training sessions, and contribute to a positive work environment.
Requirements:
1. Education: Minimum qualification of 12th grade (Higher Secondary) up to Graduation level. A background in sales or marketing will be advantageous.
2. Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role is required. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service.
3. Age: Candidates must be between 18 and 40 years of age.
4. Gender: This position is open to individuals of all genders - male, female, and others.
5. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in both English and the local language are essential. Ability to articulate ideas clearly and confidently.
6. Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly. Empathetic listener with a customer-centric approach.
