Job Description:

As a Telecaller, you will be at the forefront of our business, engaging with potential customers over the phone to promote our products/services and drive sales. Your primary responsibility will be to make outbound calls to prospective customers, effectively communicate the benefits of our offerings, and convince them to make a purchase or take the desired action.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Outbound Calling: Initiate outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads or databases.
2. Pitching Products/Services: Present and explain the features and benefits of our products/services to prospects in a compelling manner.
3. Building Relationships: Build rapport and establish a positive relationship with customers through effective communication and active listening.
4. Handling Objections: Address any concerns or objections raised by customers and provide appropriate solutions or information to alleviate their doubts.
5. Achieving Sales Targets: Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and goals within specified timelines.
6. Maintaining Records: Accurately document all interactions and transactions with customers in the database or CRM system.
7. Following Up: Follow up with potential customers who have shown interest but haven't made a purchase yet to encourage conversion.
8. Providing Feedback: Share valuable insights and feedback with the sales and marketing teams to enhance overall strategies and campaigns.

Requirements:

• Education: Minimum qualification of 10th grade (Matriculation) to Graduate degree from a recognized institution.
• Experience: At least 3 years of relevant experience in telemarketing or telecalling roles, preferably in sales or customer service.
• Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate information clearly and effectively.
• Persuasive Skills: Ability to influence and persuade potential customers to make purchasing decisions.
• Customer-centric Approach: A customer-centric mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional service and addressing customer needs.
• Resilience: Resilience and persistence to handle rejection and objections professionally and continue with the sales process.
• Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and contribute to a positive team environment.
• Tech-Savvy: Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software or databases for recording customer interactions.
