Job Description:

As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for engaging with potential customers over the phone to promote our products/services, answer their queries, and provide exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities:

1. Outbound Calls: Initiate outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads or databases.
2. Product/Service Promotion: Effectively communicate the features and benefits of our products/services to potential customers, persuading them to make a purchase or take action.
3. Customer Engagement: Build rapport with customers, understand their needs, address their concerns, and provide appropriate solutions to maximize customer satisfaction.
4. Lead Generation: Identify potential leads and opportunities through proactive calling efforts and follow-up on inquiries generated through various marketing channels.
5. Data Management: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, update customer information in the database, and track progress using CRM software.
6. Achieve Targets: Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets while ensuring quality standards and adherence to company policies.
7. Feedback and Reporting: Provide feedback on customer preferences, market trends, and competitor activities to the sales and marketing teams. Prepare regular reports on call activities, sales performance, and customer feedback.

Requirements:

• Education: Minimum qualification of 12th grade (High School) to Graduate.
• Experience: At least 1 year of experience in telecalling or a similar role.
• Age: Candidates must be between 18 years to 40 years old.
• Gender: Both male and female candidates are encouraged to apply.

Skills and Qualities:

• Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi or English.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport over the phone.
• Good negotiation and persuasion abilities.
