Job Description:
As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for engaging with potential customers over the phone to promote our products/services, answer their queries, and provide exceptional customer service. Your primary goal will be to generate leads, maintain customer satisfaction, and contribute to the overall success of our sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Outbound Calls: Initiate outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads or databases.
- Product/Service Promotion: Effectively communicate the features and benefits of our products/services to potential customers, persuading them to make a purchase or take action.
- Customer Engagement: Build rapport with customers, understand their needs, address their concerns, and provide appropriate solutions to maximize customer satisfaction.
- Lead Generation: Identify potential leads and opportunities through proactive calling efforts and follow-up on inquiries generated through various marketing channels.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, update customer information in the database, and track progress using CRM software.
- Achieve Targets: Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets while ensuring quality standards and adherence to company policies.
- Feedback and Reporting: Provide feedback on customer preferences, market trends, and competitor activities to the sales and marketing teams. Prepare regular reports on call activities, sales performance, and customer feedback.
Requirements:
- Education: Minimum qualification of 12th grade (High School) to Graduate.
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience in telecalling or a similar role.
- Age: Candidates must be between 18 years to 40 years old.
- Gender: Both male and female candidates are encouraged to apply.
Skills and Qualities:
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi or English.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport over the phone.
- Good negotiation and persuasion abilities.
