Job Description:

As a Telecaller, you will be an integral part of our customer service team, responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls with the utmost professionalism and efficiency. Your primary objective will be to provide exceptional service to our customers while promoting our products/services and resolving their queries effectively.


  1. Customer Interaction: Engage with customers via phone calls courteously and persuasively, addressing their inquiries, providing information about our products/services, and assisting them with their needs.
  2. Lead Generation: Initiate outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads, follow up on inquiries, and nurture relationships to drive sales opportunities.
  3. Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions, including details of inquiries, feedback, and resolutions, using our CRM system.
  4. Product Knowledge: Develop a comprehensive understanding of our products/services to effectively communicate features, benefits, and value propositions to customers.
  5. Problem Resolution: Identify and resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally, escalating complex cases to the appropriate department when necessary.
  6. Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to coordinate follow-up actions, provide support in closing deals, and contribute to achieving sales targets.
  7. Adherence to Procedures: Adhere to established call scripts, protocols, and compliance guidelines to ensure consistency in service delivery and regulatory compliance.


  • Education: Minimum qualification of 12th grade (Higher education preferred).
  • Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in a customer service or telesales environment.
  • Age: Between 18 to 40 years.
  • Gender: Open to all genders - male and female applicants are welcome.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and/or English, with the ability to engage customers effectively over the phone.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach and the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Computer Literacy: Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software are preferred.
  • Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing business needs, work under pressure, and multitask effectively.
  • Ethical Conduct: Demonstrated integrity and ethical conduct in handling sensitive customer information and adhering to company policies and guidelines.
