Position Overview:

As a Telecaller, you will be an essential part of our team, responsible for initiating contact with potential customers over the phone. Your primary objective will be to promote our products/services, answer queries, and ultimately, persuade customers to engage with our offerings. This role demands a high level of professionalism, persuasive communication, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Outbound Calls: Initiate outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads or databases. Introduce our products/services and effectively communicate their benefits.
  2. Customer Engagement: Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner. Address any questions or concerns they may have regarding our products/services. Strive to build rapport and trust with each interaction.
  3. Product Knowledge: Acquire in-depth knowledge about our products/services to effectively convey their features and benefits to customers. Stay updated on any changes or enhancements to offerings.
  4. Sales Conversion: Utilize persuasive communication techniques to convert leads into sales. Employ active listening to understand customer needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
  5. Follow-Up: Maintain records of customer interactions, inquiries, and transactions. Follow up with potential leads to nurture relationships and facilitate sales closures.
  6. Feedback Reporting: Provide feedback to the sales and marketing teams based on customer interactions. Identify common queries or objections and suggest improvements to product/service offerings or sales strategies.
  7. Adherence to Guidelines: Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and compliance standards during customer interactions. Ensure confidentiality of customer information at all times.


  • Education: Minimum 12th grade to Graduate.
  • Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in telemarketing or sales.
  • Age: 18 years to 40 years.
  • Gender: Male and female candidates are encouraged to apply.
