Position Overview:

As a Telecaller, you will be at the forefront of our customer engagement efforts. You will play a pivotal role in establishing and maintaining positive relationships with our clients through effective communication over the phone. Your primary responsibility will be to reach out to potential customers, introduce them to our products/services, and persuade them to take desired actions, such as making a purchase or scheduling an appointment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Outbound Calling: Place outgoing calls to prospective customers from a provided list or database.
2. Customer Engagement: Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner to understand their needs and promote our offerings effectively.
3. Product/Service Knowledge: Acquire in-depth knowledge of our products/services to address customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
4. Sales Pitch: Deliver compelling sales pitches to generate interest and drive conversions.
5. Lead Generation: Identify and qualify leads through proactive calling efforts.
6. Follow-Up: Maintain regular follow-up with leads and existing customers to nurture relationships and maximize sales opportunities.
7. Data Management: Update customer information, call logs, and sales activities accurately in the database.
8. Achieve Targets: Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.

Requirements:

• Education: Minimum qualification of 12th grade (High School Diploma) to Graduate level.
• Experience: At least 1 year of experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service roles.
• Age: Candidates must be between 18 years to 40 years old.
• Gender: This position is open to individuals of all genders (male, female, and others).

Skills and Qualifications:

• Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and confident speaking voice.
• Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
• Customer-centric approach with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
