Key Responsibilities:

- Sales and Lead Generation: Identify potential leads and opportunities during customer interactions. Effectively communicate product/service features and benefits to persuade customers to make a purchase or schedule appointments for further discussion.
- Achieve Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and quotas set by the company. Utilize persuasive selling techniques and objection-handling strategies to drive sales and revenue growth.
- Data Management: Accurately record customer information, inquiries, and sales details in the CRM system. Maintain organized and updated records to facilitate follow-up and track progress effectively.
- Customer Support: Address customer concerns, complaints, or issues in a timely and professional manner. Ensure customer satisfaction by providing appropriate solutions and resolutions to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with team members, including sales executives and managers, to share insights, best practices, and feedback. Work together to optimize processes and achieve collective goals.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in telecalling or sales roles, preferably in a similar industry.
- Excellent communication skills with a confident and pleasant telephone manner.
- Strong persuasive selling skills with the ability to handle objections and negotiate effectively.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant computer applications.

- High level of professionalism, integrity, and customer-centric mindset.
- Fluency in local languages and proficiency in English will be an added advantage.
