Key Responsibilities:

  1. Customer Engagement: Engage with customers via inbound and outbound calls to promote our products/services, answer inquiries, and provide assistance as needed. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
  2. Sales and Lead Generation: Identify potential leads and opportunities during customer interactions. Effectively communicate product/service features and benefits to persuade customers to make a purchase or schedule appointments for further discussion.
  3. Achieve Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and quotas set by the company. Utilize persuasive selling techniques and objection-handling strategies to drive sales and revenue growth.
  4. Data Management: Accurately record customer information, inquiries, and sales details in the CRM system. Maintain organized and updated records to facilitate follow-up and track progress effectively.
  5. Customer Support: Address customer concerns, complaints, or issues in a timely and professional manner. Ensure customer satisfaction by providing appropriate solutions and resolutions to enhance the overall customer experience.
  6. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with team members, including sales executives and managers, to share insights, best practices, and feedback. Work together to optimize processes and achieve collective goals.
  7. Continuous Learning: Stay updated on product/service knowledge, sales techniques, and industry trends through ongoing training sessions and self-directed learning initiatives. Apply new knowledge and skills to enhance performance and productivity.


  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in telecalling or sales roles, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Excellent communication skills with a confident and pleasant telephone manner.
  • Strong persuasive selling skills with the ability to handle objections and negotiate effectively.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant computer applications.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and customer-centric mindset.
  • Fluency in local languages and proficiency in English will be an added advantage.
