About the Role:

As a Telecaller, you will be an integral part of our team, responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers to promote our products/services. Your primary objective will be to generate leads, follow up on inquiries, and ultimately drive sales through effective communication and persuasion.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Outbound Calling: Make outbound calls to prospective customers from our database or leads provided. Introduce our products/services, explain their features, and highlight their benefits to potential customers.
  2. Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads through effective questioning and active listening. Gather relevant information and maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM system.
  3. Follow-up: Follow up on inquiries and leads generated through various channels such as email, website, or social media. Nurture leads through regular follow-up calls, emails, or other communication channels to move them through the sales funnel.
  4. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing exceptional service and addressing their queries or concerns promptly and professionally.
  5. Achievement of Targets: Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) consistently. Continuously strive to improve performance and contribute to the overall success of the team.
  6. Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities. Gather feedback from customers and prospects to provide insights for product/service enhancement and market positioning.


  1. Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate information clearly and persuasively. Good listening skills are essential for understanding customer needs and concerns.
  2. Sales Aptitude: Demonstrated ability to persuade and influence customers to take desired actions. Previous experience in sales or telemarketing will be advantageous.
  3. Result-oriented: Self-motivated and target-driven with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
  4. Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and other departments to achieve common goals. A positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt are essential.
  5. Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs. Willingness to work in a dynamic environment with evolving processes and procedures.
