  3. Sales Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly sales targets set by the company. Utilize effective sales techniques to convert leads into sales opportunities and maximize revenue generation.
  4. Follow-up: Follow up on leads and inquiries generated through various marketing channels such as email campaigns, social media, and website inquiries. Maintain a consistent follow-up schedule to nurture leads and convert them into sales.
  5. Database Management: Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers in the CRM system. Update customer information, record details of sales transactions, and track progress toward sales targets.
  6. Product Knowledge: Stay updated on the features, specifications, and benefits of our products/services. Be prepared to address any questions or concerns raised by customers and provide them with relevant information to facilitate their decision-making process.
  7. Team Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with team members and other departments to achieve collective goals. Share insights, best practices, and feedback to contribute to the overall success of the sales team.


  1. Education: The minimum educational qualification required is 12th grade (Higher Secondary) to Graduate from a recognized institution.
  2. Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role is preferred. Candidates with a proven track record of achieving sales targets will be given preference.
  3. Age: Candidates must be between 18 to 40 years of age to be eligible for this position.
