Position Overview: As a Telecaller, you will be at the forefront of our organization, engaging with potential customers over the phone to promote our products/services and facilitate sales. Your primary responsibility will be to initiate conversations, build rapport, address inquiries, and ultimately, drive conversion through persuasive communication.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Outbound Calling: Place outbound calls to prospective customers from designated lead lists or databases provided by the company. Introduce our products/services, highlight their features and benefits, and effectively communicate value propositions to stimulate interest.
  2. Customer Engagement: Engage with customers in a courteous, professional, and empathetic manner. Listen actively to their needs, concerns, and queries, and provide appropriate solutions or information to address them.
  3. Lead Generation: Identify and qualify leads through proactive questioning and active listening. Gather pertinent information about potential customers, their preferences, and their purchasing intent to facilitate targeted marketing efforts.
  4. Follow-up and Conversion: Follow up on initial contacts to nurture leads through the sales funnel. Provide additional information, overcome objections, and persuasively advocate for our products/services to convert leads into customers.
  5. Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of interactions, customer details, and progress in designated CRM software or databases. Ensure data integrity and confidentiality at all times.
  6. Achievement of Targets: Work towards achieving predetermined sales targets and performance metrics, such as call quotas, conversion rates, and revenue goals. Demonstrate resilience and determination to meet and exceed expectations consistently.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Education: Minimum qualification of 12th grade (High School Diploma) is required. Graduates are preferred.
  • Experience: A minimum of 1 year of experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service roles is essential.
  • Age: Candidates must be between 18 to 40 years of age.
  • Gender: Open to individuals of all genders – male and female.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal communication skills in the local language(s) with proficiency in English or other languages being an advantage.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly, empathize with customers, and effectively resolve issues.
  • Persistence: Demonstrated ability to handle rejection positively, maintain composure under pressure, and persistently pursue goals.
