Job Description: Telecaller

Responsibilities:
As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers over the phone to generate sales leads or provide information about our products and services. Your duties will include:
- Making Outbound Calls: Initiating calls to prospective customers from provided leads or lists.
- Explaining Products/Services: Clearly and effectively explain the features, benefits, and pricing of our offerings to potential customers.
- Building Relationships: Building rapport with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
- Handling Objections: Addressing any concerns or objections customers may have and providing suitable solutions or information.
- Recording Information: Accurately documenting all interactions and maintaining detailed records of customer inquiries and feedback.
- Meeting Targets: Working towards achieving weekly and monthly targets for call volume, lead generation, and conversion rates.
- Following Up: Following up with potential customers who have shown interest but have not yet made a purchase.
- Providing Feedback: Providing feedback to the sales and marketing teams based on customer interactions to help improve products and services.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you must possess the following qualifications and skills:
- Education: Minimum qualification of 10th grade (Matriculation) up to graduation.
- Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar telecalling or telemarketing role is required.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in the local language (mention specific language if applicable) and proficiency in Hindi or English. Ability to communicate clearly and effectively over the phone.
- Sales Skills: Strong persuasion and negotiation skills with the ability to convince potential customers and overcome objections.
- Customer Focus: A customer-centric approach with a genuine desire to help and assist customers in finding the best solutions.
- Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing situations and handle rejection positively.
- Computer Literacy: Basic computer skills including familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
- Time Management: Excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team towards common goals.
