As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers over the phone to generate sales leads or provide information about our products and services. Your duties will include:

  1. Making Outbound Calls: Initiating calls to prospective customers from provided leads or lists.
  2. Explaining Products/Services: Clearly and effectively explain the features, benefits, and pricing of our offerings to potential customers.
  3. Building Relationships: Building rapport with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
  4. Handling Objections: Addressing any concerns or objections customers may have and providing suitable solutions or information.
  5. Recording Information: Accurately documenting all interactions and maintaining detailed records of customer inquiries and feedback.
  6. Meeting Targets: Working towards achieving weekly and monthly targets for call volume, lead generation, and conversion rates.
  7. Following Up: Following up with potential customers who have shown interest but have not yet made a purchase.
  8. Providing Feedback: Providing feedback to the sales and marketing teams based on customer interactions to help improve products and services.


To be successful in this role, you must possess the following qualifications and skills:

  1. Education: Minimum qualification of 10th grade (Matriculation) up to graduation.
  2. Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar telecalling or telemarketing role is required.
  3. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in the local language (mention specific language if applicable) and proficiency in Hindi or English. Ability to communicate clearly and effectively over the phone.
  4. Sales Skills: Strong persuasion and negotiation skills with the ability to convince potential customers and overcome objections.
  5. Customer Focus: A customer-centric approach with a genuine desire to help and assist customers in finding the best solutions.
  6. Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing situations and handle rejection positively.
  7. Computer Literacy: Basic computer skills including familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
  8. Time Management: Excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  9. Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team towards common goals.
