Job Description:

As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers and clients via telephone to promote our products/services and generate sales leads. Your primary objective will be to effectively communicate our offerings, address customer inquiries, and persuade prospects to engage with our company. Your role will be instrumental in driving business growth and enhancing customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Outbound Calls: Place outgoing calls to potential customers from the provided contact list or database.
2. Product/Service Promotion: Introduce our products/services to prospects, highlighting their features, benefits, and value propositions.
3. Lead Generation: Identify and qualify sales leads through proactive communication and engagement with prospects.
4. Customer Engagement: Build rapport with customers, understand their needs, and address any queries or concerns they may have.
5. Sales Conversion: Utilize persuasive communication skills to convince prospects to avail of our products/services and achieve sales targets.
6. Data Management: Maintain accurate records of interactions, update customer information in the database, and report on-call outcomes.
7. Follow-up: Conduct follow-up calls to nurture leads, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
8. Adherence to Guidelines: Adhere to scripts, guidelines, and protocols provided by the company while making calls to maintain consistency and professionalism.

Requirements:

• Education: Minimum qualification of 12th grade (Higher Secondary) to Graduate degree.
• Experience: A minimum of 1 year of experience in telecalling or a similar role is required.
• Age: Candidates must be between 18 to 40 years old.
• Gender: Both male and female candidates are encouraged to apply.
