Job Overview: As a Telecaller, you will be the frontline representative of our organization, responsible for initiating communication with potential customers. Your primary objective will be to introduce our products/services, generate leads, and maintain positive relationships with clients over the phone. This role demands a persuasive communicator with a knack for building rapport and converting inquiries into sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Outbound Calling: Initiate outgoing calls to prospective customers from provided leads or databases. Introduce our products/services, explain their features and benefits, and persuade potential customers to engage further.
  2. Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads through effective questioning and active listening. Gather essential information about customer needs, preferences, and purchasing intent to facilitate the sales process.
  3. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing exceptional service and addressing their queries and concerns promptly. Follow up on leads and inquiries to nurture relationships and maximize conversion rates.
  4. Achieve Targets: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for call volume, lead generation, and conversion rates. Work towards achieving sales quotas and contribute to the overall growth and success of the organization.
  5. Data Management: Accurately record all interactions and relevant information in the CRM system. Keep detailed records of customer interactions, feedback, and preferences to streamline future communications and improve sales strategies.
  6. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align efforts and strategies for maximizing sales opportunities. Provide feedback on customer responses and market trends to contribute to product development and marketing campaigns.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Education: Minimum 12th grade (Higher education preferred).
  • Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in sales or customer service.
  • Age: 18 to 40 years.
  • Gender: Male and female candidates are welcome to apply.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in the local language and proficiency in Hindi or English. Ability to articulate product/service features persuasively and handle objections effectively.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and maintain positive relationships with customers.
  • Sales Acumen: Basic understanding of sales techniques and strategies. A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets is desirable.
  • Computer Literacy: Basic computer skills with proficiency in MS Office applications and familiarity with CRM software.
  • Time Management: Excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines consistently.
