Position: Telecaller

Job Description:

As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers via telephone to promote our products/services and secure sales. Your primary goal will be to engage prospects, provide information about our offerings, and persuade them to make a purchase or schedule an appointment.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Outbound Calls: Initiate outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads or databases.
  2. Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our products/services to effectively communicate their features and benefits to customers.
  3. Sales Pitch: Deliver a compelling sales pitch tailored to the needs and interests of each prospect.
  4. Lead Generation: Identify and qualify leads through effective questioning and active listening.
  5. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
  6. Achieve Sales Targets: Meet or exceed weekly/monthly sales targets set by the management.
  7. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers in the CRM system.
  8. Feedback: Provide feedback to the management regarding customer preferences, market trends, and other relevant information.


  1. Education: Minimum 10th grade education required. Higher education (12th grade or Graduate) preferred.
  2. Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in sales or customer service.
  3. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in both English and the local language.
  4. Persuasion Skills: Strong persuasion and negotiation skills with the ability to convince customers to make a purchase.
  5. Computer Literacy: Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
  6. Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build rapport quickly and effectively with customers over the phone.
  7. Resilience: Resilience to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude in a high-pressure sales environment.
  8. Team Player: Ability to collaborate with team members and contribute to a positive work culture.
