Job Description: Telecaller (Anantapur)

Position Overview: As a Telecaller, you will be an integral part of our sales and customer service team. Your primary responsibility will be to make outbound calls to potential customers, introduce our products or services, and persuade them to make a purchase or set up an appointment. Additionally, you will handle inbound calls, address customer inquiries, and provide support as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Outbound Calling: Place outbound calls to individuals or businesses based on provided leads or databases. Introduce our products or services, highlight key features, and articulate compelling reasons for the recipient to engage with our offerings.
- Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads through effective questioning and active listening. Gather relevant information about the prospect's needs, preferences, and buying intentions to determine the best approach for conversion.
- Customer Relationship Management: Maintain a positive and professional demeanor during interactions with customers. Build rapport, address concerns, and foster long-term relationships to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Sales Conversion: Utilize persuasive communication skills to overcome objections and close sales deals. Meet or exceed monthly sales targets by converting leads into paying customers through effective negotiation and relationship-building techniques.
- Data Management: Accurately record details of all customer interactions, including inquiries, feedback, and sales transactions, in the CRM system. Keep comprehensive records to track progress, monitor performance metrics, and identify areas for improvement.
- Quality Assurance: Adhere to company policies, guidelines, and compliance standards while engaging with customers. Ensure that all communications are conducted ethically, professionally, and in accordance with applicable regulations.
Qualifications:
- Education: Minimum qualification of 10th grade (Matriculation) to graduation in any discipline.
- Experience: At least 3 years of prior experience in a similar telecalling or sales role, preferably in the retail, telecommunications, or financial services sector.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in both English and the local language (Telugu). Ability to articulate ideas clearly, concisely, and persuasively over the phone.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach. Ability to empathize with customers, build trust, and establish rapport to facilitate productive conversations.
- Sales Acumen: Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth. Familiarity with sales techniques, objection-handling strategies, and closing tactics.
- Computer Literacy: Basic computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office applications and familiarity with CRM software for data entry and management.
- Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities, business needs, and work schedules. Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting demands and tight deadlines.
