Job Description:

As a Telecaller, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, representing our company with professionalism and enthusiasm. Your primary responsibility will be to make outbound calls to prospective customers, introduce them to our products or services, and persuade them to make a purchase or take a desired action. Additionally, you will handle inbound calls, addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Outbound Calling: Initiate outgoing calls to potential customers from provided leads or databases. Present products or services persuasively, highlighting their benefits and features. Effectively communicate promotional offers, discounts, or other incentives to encourage sales.
  2. Inbound Calling: Receive incoming calls from customers, and address their questions or concerns in a courteous and timely manner. Provide accurate information about products, services, pricing, and availability. Resolve customer complaints or issues effectively, aiming for first-call resolution whenever possible.
  3. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with customers through active communication and follow-up. Listen attentively to customer feedback, suggestions, or complaints, and relay relevant information to the appropriate departments for further action.
  4. Data Entry and Documentation: Record and maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including details of inquiries, complaints, or actions taken. Update customer information in the database as needed, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
  5. Achievement of Targets: Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics, such as call volume, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction scores. Participate in regular performance reviews and coaching sessions to enhance your skills and improve performance.


  • Education: Minimum 12th grade (High School) diploma or equivalent. Graduates preferred.
  • Experience: At least 1 year of experience in telemarketing, telecalling, or customer service roles. Experience in sales or outbound calling is a plus.
  • Age: Between 18 to 40 years.
  • Gender: Open to all genders – male and female candidates are encouraged to apply.

Skills and Abilities:

  • Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and/or English.
  • Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
  • Good listening skills and empathy towards customers' needs.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet targets.
  • Basic computer proficiency, including familiarity with CRM software and MS Office applications.
