3. Database Management: Maintain accurate records of all interactions in our database, including details of conversations, customer information, and feedback received.
4. Achieve Targets: Meet or exceed monthly targets for lead generation, call volume, and conversion rates to contribute to the overall sales objectives of the company.
5. Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer concerns, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience throughout the sales process.
6. Product Knowledge: Develop a comprehensive understanding of our products/services to effectively communicate features, benefits, and value propositions to potential customers.
7. Adhere to Guidelines: Follow company policies, procedures, and scripts to ensure consistency in communication and adherence to compliance standards.

Qualifications:

• Education: Minimum qualification of 12th grade (Higher Secondary) to Graduate.
• Experience: At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in sales or customer service.
• Age: Candidates must be between 18 to 40 years old.
• Gender: Open to individuals of all genders – male and female.
