Position: Telecaller

Job Description:

As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers via telephone to introduce our products/services, generate sales leads, schedule appointments, and close deals. Your primary objective will be to effectively communicate the value proposition of our offerings and convert leads into satisfied customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Outbound Calling: Initiate outbound calls to prospects from our database or leads provided by marketing campaigns.
  2. Product/Service Promotion: Introduce our products/services to potential customers, highlighting their features, benefits, and unique selling points.
  3. Lead Generation: Identify and qualify sales leads through proactive calling efforts and gather relevant information about their requirements and preferences.
  4. Appointment Scheduling: Schedule appointments for sales representatives to meet with qualified leads or provide further information as necessary.
  5. Follow-Up: Follow up with prospective customers who have shown interest but haven't made a purchase yet, nurturing relationships and addressing any concerns or objections.
  6. Achieve Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and quotas set by the company through effective lead generation and conversion strategies.
  7. Database Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions with prospects and customers in the CRM system.
  8. Customer Feedback: Gather feedback from customers regarding their experience with our products/services and relay this information to the relevant departments for continuous improvement.


  • Education: Minimum qualification of 10th grade (high school) up to Graduation.
  • Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in telecalling or telemarketing roles, preferably in a sales-driven environment.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and articulate speaking voice. Ability to engage and build rapport with people over the phone.
  • Sales Acumen: Strong persuasion and negotiation skills with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Customer Focus: A customer-centric approach with the ability to understand and address customer needs and concerns effectively.
  • Team Player: Collaborative mindset with the ability to work well within a team environment.
  • Tech Savvy: Proficiency in using basic computer applications and CRM software for data entry and management.
  • Adaptability: Willingness to adapt to changing business requirements and a fast-paced work environment.
