Key Responsibilities:

  6. Achievement of Targets: Meet and exceed individual and team targets for call volume, lead generation, and conversion rates. Demonstrate a results-driven approach and take proactive measures to achieve or surpass set goals.
  7. Collaboration: Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to align efforts, share insights, and optimize strategies for lead generation and customer acquisition. Actively participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for process improvement.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Education: Minimum qualification from 10th grade to Graduate. A strong educational foundation coupled with relevant experience or skills in sales and customer service is desirable.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in telesales or a related field. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service over the phone.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and articulate speaking voice. Ability to engage customers effectively, convey information persuasively, and overcome objections with confidence.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with diverse individuals. An empathetic listener who can understand customer needs and offer appropriate solutions.
  • Persistence: Resilient and persistent attitude with a proactive approach to challenges. Ability to handle rejection positively and maintain enthusiasm and motivation during long calling hours.
  • Computer Literacy: Basic computer literacy with proficiency in MS Office applications and familiarity with CRM software for data entry and management.
