As a Telecaller, you will be the voice of our organization, connecting with potential customers over the phone to introduce our products/services, answer their queries, and persuade them to take action. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with customers, understand their needs, and effectively communicate how our offerings can address those needs.

Responsibilities:

  1. Outbound Calling: Initiate outgoing calls to prospective customers using provided leads and scripts. Present products/services, effectively communicate their benefits and persuade potential customers to make a purchase or set up appointments.
  2. Customer Engagement: Build and maintain positive relationships with customers through active listening and empathetic communication. Address any concerns or objections professionally raised by customers.
  3. Lead Generation: Identify and qualify leads through cold calling, warm calling, and other lead generation techniques. Gather relevant information about potential customers to assess their needs and preferences.
  4. Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, including details of calls, inquiries, and outcomes. Update customer information in the database regularly to ensure data integrity.
  5. Achieve Targets: Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs set by the management. Consistently strive to improve performance and contribute to the overall success of the sales team.
  6. Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team and other departments to coordinate efforts and ensure a seamless customer experience. Provide feedback and insights to the management to optimize sales strategies and processes.
  7. Continuous Learning: Stay updated on product knowledge, sales techniques, and industry trends through training sessions, workshops, and self-study. Apply new skills and knowledge to enhance sales performance and personal growth.

Requirements:

  1. Education: Minimum qualification of 12th grade (Higher Secondary) to Graduate level.
  2. Experience: At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in sales or telemarketing.
  3. Age: Applicants must be between 18 to 40 years old.
  4. Gender: Open to all genders - male and female candidates are encouraged to apply.
  5. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and pleasant speaking voice. Ability to engage customers effectively and convey information persuasively.
  6. Sales Acumen: Strong negotiation and persuasion skills with a results-oriented approach. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service.
  7. Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing situations and handle objections or rejections positively. Maintain professionalism and composure under pressure.
  8. Tech-Savvy: Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software or similar tools preferred.
