Responsibilities:
- Outbound Calling: Initiate outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads or databases. Your primary objective will be to introduce our products/services and generate interest among prospects.
- Customer Engagement: Engage with existing customers to upsell products/services, gather feedback, and maintain rapport. Build long-lasting relationships through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
- Lead Qualification: Qualify leads through effective questioning techniques to understand their needs, budget, and timeline. Identify opportunities and pass qualified leads to the appropriate sales team member.
- Follow-up: Follow up on leads and inquiries promptly to nurture prospects through the sales funnel. Keep accurate records of interactions and update the CRM system accordingly.
- Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with our products/services and industry trends to effectively address customer queries and objections. Provide accurate information and demonstrate how our offerings meet customer needs.
- Targets and Metrics: Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly targets for call volume, lead generation, and conversion rates. Take ownership of your performance and actively seek opportunities for improvement.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with colleagues from sales, marketing, and customer service departments to ensure a seamless customer experience. Share insights and best practices to enhance team performance.
Requirements:
- Education: Minimum qualification of 10th grade to Graduate. A higher degree or relevant certification is a plus.
- Experience: Proven experience as a Telecaller or similar role with a minimum of 3 years in outbound calling or telemarketing. Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets is highly desirable.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in both English and the local language (add specific language if necessary). Ability to articulate product/service features and benefits clearly and persuasively.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and empathize with customers. Active listening skills to understand customer needs and objections effectively.
- Resilience: Resilience and persistence in handling rejection and objections. Ability to maintain a positive attitude and motivate yourself in a challenging environment.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in using CRM software, MS Office Suite, and other relevant tools. Comfortable with technology and quick to adapt to new systems.
- Ethical Standards: Maintain high ethical standards and integrity in all interactions with customers and colleagues.
- Local Knowledge: Familiarity with the Amravati region and its market dynamics is an advantage.
