Job Title: Telecaller Location: Amer Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Customer Interaction: Engage with customers over the phone professionally and courteously. Listen attentively to their queries, provide relevant information, and address concerns effectively.
  2. Sales and Lead Generation: Initiate outbound calls to prospective customers to promote our products/services. Utilize persuasive communication skills to generate leads and drive sales conversions.
  3. Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers through regular follow-up calls. Understand their needs and preferences to offer personalized solutions and enhance customer satisfaction.
  4. Database Management: Update customer databases with accurate and relevant information obtained during calls. Ensure data integrity and confidentiality at all times.
  5. Achievement of Targets: Meet or exceed assigned targets for call volume, sales conversions, and customer retention. Proactively identify opportunities to maximize productivity and achieve desired outcomes.
  6. Adherence to Policies: Adhere to company policies, procedures, and quality standards while handling calls. Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and ethical standards.


  • Education: Minimum qualification of 12th grade (High School Diploma) to Graduate degree from a recognized institution.
  • Experience: At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the telecommunications, customer service, or sales domain.
  • Age: Candidates must be between 18 to 40 years of age.
  • Gender: Open to individuals of all genders - male, female, and others.
