About the Role: As a Telecaller, you will be an integral part of our sales and marketing team, responsible for reaching out to potential customers via telephone to promote our products/services. Your primary objective will be to generate leads, schedule appointments, and ultimately drive sales conversions. This role offers a stimulating blend of customer interaction, sales strategy implementation, and performance-driven results.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Outbound Calls: Initiate outbound calls to prospective customers from our database or leads provided, introducing them to our products/services and persuading them to engage further.
  2. Lead Generation: Identify and qualify leads through effective questioning and active listening, understanding their needs and preferences to offer tailored solutions.
  3. Product/Service Promotion: Effectively articulate the features, benefits, and value propositions of our offerings to prospects, highlighting how they address their pain points and fulfill their requirements.
  4. Appointment Setting: Schedule appointments for our sales representatives with interested prospects, ensuring smooth coordination and follow-up to maximize conversion opportunities.
  5. Relationship Building: Build rapport with customers through engaging in conversations, demonstrating empathy, and fostering trust to enhance the likelihood of successful conversions and repeat business.
  6. Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs, demonstrating resilience and determination in overcoming challenges.
  7. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of interactions with customers, update CRM systems with relevant information, and provide regular reports on performance metrics to the team lead or manager.


  • Education: Minimum qualification from 10th grade to Graduate.
  • Experience: At least 3 years of experience in a similar telecalling or telesales role, preferably in a B2C/B2B environment.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal communication skills in Hindi and preferably English, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
  • Persuasion Skills: Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities, with a knack for influencing customer decisions and overcoming objections.
  • Resilience: Resilient and adaptable, with the ability to handle rejection positively and persistently pursue sales objectives.
  • Target Orientation: Goal-driven and results-oriented, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets consistently.
  • Team Player: Collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively in a team environment.
  • Tech Savvy: Proficient in using CRM software and basic computer applications, with the ability to learn new technologies quickly.
  • Location: Must be based in Ambikapur or willing to relocate.
