  1. Outbound Calling: Conduct outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads or databases. Initiate conversations to introduce our products/services, answer inquiries, and generate interest.
  2. Customer Engagement: Engage with existing and prospective customers courteously and professionally. Listen actively to understand their needs, address concerns, and provide relevant information or solutions.
  3. Sales Support: Assist customers in navigating our products/services offerings. Provide detailed information, product demonstrations, and pricing quotes as needed to facilitate the sales process.
  4. Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with customers through regular follow-ups and personalized interactions. Strive to exceed customer expectations and enhance overall satisfaction.
  5. Data Management: Maintain accurate records of interactions, including customer details, inquiries, and feedback, using CRM software or other designated systems. Ensure confidentiality and data security at all times.
  6. Target Achievement: Work towards predefined targets for call volume, conversion rates, and sales revenue. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to optimize performance and achieve collective goals.
  7. Continuous Improvement: Actively seek feedback and participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge, communication skills, and sales techniques. Implement learnings to improve individual and team performance.


  1. Education: Minimum qualification of 12th grade (Higher Secondary) to a Graduate degree in any discipline.
  2. Experience: At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in telemarketing, sales, or customer service.
  3. Age: Candidates must be between 18 to 40 years old.
  4. Gender: This position is open to individuals of all genders, fostering diversity and inclusivity in the workplace.
  5. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and/or English. Ability to articulate ideas clearly, actively listen, and adapt communication style to varying customer preferences.
  6. Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach. Empathetic, patient, and persuasive demeanor to build rapport and resolve customer concerns effectively.
  7. Tech Savvy: Proficiency in using basic computer applications and CRM software. Comfortable navigating digital platforms and adapting to new technologies.
  8. Team Player: Collaborative attitude with a willingness to support team members and contribute to a positive work environment.
