Job Description:

  1. Outbound Calling: Engage in outbound calls to potential customers to generate sales leads or promote products and services. Your primary responsibility will be to initiate conversations, build rapport, and communicate effectively to meet targets.
  2. Customer Interaction: Handle inbound calls from existing or potential customers, addressing their queries, providing information about products or services, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. Customer satisfaction should be your top priority.
  3. Lead Generation: Proactively identify and qualify leads through cold calling or follow-up calls on marketing campaigns. You will play a pivotal role in expanding our customer base by generating interest and understanding customer needs.
  4. Data Management: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, in the database. Ensure data confidentiality and integrity at all times.
  5. Product Knowledge: Acquire in-depth knowledge of the products or services offered by the company to effectively communicate features, benefits, and pricing to customers. Continuous learning and updates on product information are essential.
  6. Achieve Targets: Meet or exceed weekly and monthly targets for call volume, sales, and customer satisfaction metrics. You will be responsible for consistently delivering results while adhering to quality standards.
  7. Feedback and Improvement: Provide feedback to the team lead or manager regarding customer preferences, market trends, and process improvements. Actively participate in training sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge.


  • Education: Minimum qualification of 12th grade (Higher Secondary) to a Graduate degree in any discipline.
  • Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in a customer service or telesales environment.
  • Age: Candidates must be between 18 to 40 years old.
  • Gender: Both male and female candidates are welcome to apply.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in the local language, with proficiency in English being an added advantage. Clarity, empathy, and persuasive abilities are essential.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and build relationships over the phone. Empathetic listening and problem-solving skills are crucial.
  • Tech-Savvy: Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM software or call center systems. Ability to navigate multiple applications simultaneously.
  • Adaptability: Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities or procedures.
  • Team Player: Collaborative attitude with a willingness to support team members and contribute to a positive work culture.
  • Ethical Standards: Maintain high ethical standards, integrity, and confidentiality in handling customer information and company data.
