Job Description:
As a Telecaller, your primary responsibility will be to make outbound calls to prospective customers, introduce them to our products or services, and persuade them to make a purchase or set up a meeting with our sales representatives. You will also handle inbound calls from existing customers, address their inquiries or concerns, and provide them with the assistance they need.
Key Responsibilities:
- Outbound Calling: Initiate outgoing calls to potential customers from our database or leads provided by the company. Compellingly present our products or services and convince prospects to take the desired action, whether it's making a purchase, scheduling a demo, or attending an event.
- Inbound Call Handling: Receive incoming calls from customers who have inquiries, issues, or feedback regarding our products or services. Listen attentively to their concerns, provide accurate information, and offer solutions to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs, following up on inquiries, resolving complaints promptly, and ensuring a positive overall experience with our company.
- Achieving Targets: Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) set by the company. Utilize effective sales techniques, overcome objections, and close deals to contribute to the company's growth and success.
- Data Management: Keep detailed records of all calls made and received, including the outcome of each interaction, customer feedback, and any follow-up actions required. Update customer information accurately in the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system to facilitate future communications.
- Continuous Learning: Stay updated on product knowledge, sales techniques, and industry trends to enhance your performance and adapt to changing market conditions. Participate in training sessions and workshops provided by the company to improve your skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
- Education: The minimum qualification required is 10th grade, but candidates with higher education levels are preferred.
- Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in telemarketing, telesales, or a similar role is required. Candidates with a proven track record of achieving sales targets will be given preference.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in the local language (mention the specific language) and proficiency in Hindi or English. Ability to articulate ideas clearly, listen actively, and adapt communication style to engage with diverse audiences.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, including empathy, patience, and persuasion. Ability to build rapport quickly, establish trust with customers, and handle objections effectively.
