About the Role:

As a Telecaller, you will be the voice of our company, responsible for initiating communication with potential customers to promote our products/services, generate leads, and ultimately drive sales. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Outbound Calls: Initiate outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads or databases.
  2. Pitch Products/Services: Effectively present and pitch our products/services to potential customers, highlighting their features and benefits.
  3. Lead Generation: Identify and qualify leads through strategic questioning and active listening.
  4. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to foster trust and loyalty.
  5. Handle Inquiries: Address customer inquiries and resolve concerns promptly and professionally.
  6. Achieve Targets: Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and objectives.
  7. Data Entry: Accurately record customer information, interactions, and transactions in the CRM system.
  8. Follow-up: Conduct follow-up calls to nurture leads and facilitate the sales process.
  9. Stay Informed: Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
  10. Adhere to Guidelines: Adhere to company policies, procedures, and compliance standards during all interactions.


  • Education: Minimum of 12th grade education required. Graduates preferred.
  • Experience: At least 3 years of experience in telecalling or a related field.
  • Age: Must be between 18 and 40 years old.
