Responsibilities:

  1. Outbound Calls: Initiate outgoing calls to prospective customers from provided leads or databases.

  3. Lead Generation: Identify and qualify leads through proactive questioning and understanding customer needs.
  4. Appointment Setting: Schedule appointments for sales representatives with interested prospects.
  5. Customer Follow-Up: Follow up on leads and inquiries to ensure customer satisfaction and maintain relationships.
  6. Achieve Targets: Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for call volume, lead generation, and conversion rates.
  7. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and transactions in the database.
  8. Feedback: Provide feedback to management regarding customer needs, market trends, and suggestions for improvement.

Requirements:

  1. Education: Minimum qualification of 12th grade (High School) to Graduate degree.
  2. Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in telesales or customer service.
  3. Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal communication skills with fluency in the local language. Proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
  4. Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build rapport quickly and effectively with customers.
  5. Target-Oriented: Demonstrated ability to work towards and achieve sales targets in a competitive environment.
  6. Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing situations and handle objections professionally.
  7. Age: Candidates must be between 18 to 40 years old.
  8. Gender: Open to all genders; both male and female candidates are encouraged to apply.
  9. Tech-Savvy: Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software or call center systems.
