Position Overview:

As a Telecaller, you will be an integral part of our team, responsible for reaching out to potential customers via telephone to introduce our products/services, answer their queries, and persuade them to engage with our offerings. Your primary objective will be to generate leads, drive sales, and contribute to the overall growth and success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Outbound Calls: Initiate outgoing calls to prospective customers from provided leads or generated lists to introduce our products/services and establish interest.
  2. Lead Qualification: Qualify leads by understanding customer needs, budget, and timeline, and effectively communicating how our offerings can address their requirements.
  3. Product Knowledge: Acquire in-depth knowledge of our products/services to effectively communicate features, benefits, and value propositions to potential customers.
  4. Customer Engagement: Engage in meaningful conversations with prospects to build rapport, address concerns, and overcome objections, to convert leads into sales opportunities.
  5. Follow-up: Maintain regular follow-up with potential customers to nurture relationships, provide additional information, and facilitate the sales process.
  6. Database Management: Update customer information, call logs, and sales activities accurately in the database to ensure data integrity and effective lead tracking.
  7. Achievement of Targets: Work towards achieving individual and team targets for lead generation, conversion rates, and revenue generation, while adhering to quality standards and timelines.
  8. Feedback and Reporting: Provide regular feedback to the team leader regarding market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities. Prepare and submit reports on sales activities, progress, and achievements.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Education: Minimum qualification from 12th grade to Graduate.
  • Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in telesales or telecalling roles.
  • Age: Candidates must be between 18 to 40 years old.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in both Hindi and English, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish relationships over the phone.
  • Sales Acumen: Basic understanding of sales principles and techniques, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Computer Literacy: Proficiency in basic computer applications such as MS Office and the ability to navigate CRM software.
  • Resilience: Resilience to handle rejection and objections positively, with a determined attitude to achieve sales goals.
  • Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and contribute to a positive work environment.
  • Gender: Open to individuals of all genders, both male and female, who meet the specified criteria.
