Position Overview:

As a Telecaller, you will be an integral part of our team, responsible for initiating outbound calls to potential customers within Aizawl. Your primary objective will be to promote our products/services, build rapport with customers, and ultimately drive sales through effective communication.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Outbound Calling: Engage in proactive outbound calls to prospective customers, introducing them to our products/services and explaining their benefits.
2. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with customers through regular follow-ups, addressing queries, and providing relevant information.
3. Sales Pitch: Deliver compelling sales pitches tailored to customer needs and preferences, aiming to maximize sales conversion rates.
4. Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads through strategic questioning and active listening during calls.
5. Data Management: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including details of inquiries, feedback, and follow-up actions, using our CRM software.
6. Achievement of Targets: Meet or exceed predefined sales targets and performance metrics, such as call volume, conversion rates, and revenue goals.
7. Continuous Learning: Stay updated on product/service features, industry trends, and sales techniques through ongoing training sessions and self-study.

Qualifications:

• Education: Minimum qualification of 12th grade (or equivalent) to a graduate degree.
• Experience: At least 3 years of relevant experience in telesales or customer service roles.
• Age: Candidates must be between 18 to 40 years old.
