Key Responsibilities:

  6. Follow-Up: Conduct timely follow-ups with potential leads to nurture relationships and encourage sales closure.
  7. Feedback: Provide valuable feedback to the sales and marketing teams based on customer interactions and market trends.


  1. Education: Minimum qualification of 10th grade (High School) to Graduate.
  2. Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a sales or telemarketing environment.
  3. Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate product/service features and benefits persuasively.
  4. Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers over the phone.
  5. Target Oriented: Goal-driven individual with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  6. Resilience: Ability to handle rejection positively and persistently pursue sales opportunities.
