Position Overview: As a Telecaller, you will be at the forefront of our customer interaction strategy, engaging with prospective and existing clients through outbound and inbound calls. Your primary goal will be to promote our products/services, address customer inquiries, and drive sales conversions. Your exceptional communication skills and persuasive abilities will be instrumental in achieving set targets and fostering long-lasting customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Outbound Calling: Initiate calls to potential customers from provided leads or generated databases to introduce our products/services and highlight their benefits.
- Inbound Call Handling: Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally, addressing customer queries, providing product information, and resolving issues on time.
- Sales Conversion: Utilize persuasive techniques to convert leads into sales opportunities, meeting or exceeding monthly sales targets.
- Customer Relationship Management: Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude towards customers, ensuring their needs are met effectively while fostering trust and loyalty.
- Database Management: Update customer databases with relevant information obtained during calls, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of records.
- Follow-up: Conduct follow-up calls to existing customers to gather feedback, address concerns, and upsell additional products/services.
- Adherence to Guidelines: Adhere strictly to company policies, procedures, and compliance standards during all customer interactions.
- Reporting: Generate regular reports detailing call outcomes, sales metrics, and customer feedback to management for performance evaluation and strategic planning.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Education: Minimum qualification of 12th grade (Higher Secondary) to Graduation from a recognized institution.
- Experience: At least 3 years of experience in telecalling or a related customer service/sales role, preferably in the relevant industry.
- Age Limit: Candidates must be between 18 and 40 years of age.

- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in English, Hindi, and preferably the local language, with the ability to articulate information clearly and persuasively.
