As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers over the phone to promote our products/services and generating sales leads. Your primary goal will be to engage prospects, understand their needs, and effectively communicate the benefits of our offerings. Here's a detailed overview of what the role entails:
1. Outbound Calling: Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers using a prepared list of contacts. Introduce our products/services, explain their features, and highlight their value propositions.
2. Lead Generation: Identify and qualify sales leads through proactive calling efforts. Gather relevant information from prospects to assess their interest level and purchasing intent.
3. Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by delivering exceptional service and addressing their inquiries or concerns promptly. Cultivate trust and credibility to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
4. Sales Pitching: Deliver persuasive sales pitches tailored to the needs and preferences of individual customers. Utilize effective selling techniques to overcome objections and close sales deals.
5. Follow-up: Follow up on leads and inquiries generated through various channels, including previous calls, emails, and marketing campaigns. Ensure timely and consistent communication to keep prospects engaged throughout the sales process.
6. Data Management: Record and maintain accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, and sales activities in the CRM system. Keep track of sales pipeline progress and update relevant stakeholders accordingly.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in telesales or a related field.
- Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Gujarati (additional languages preferred).
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities with a customer-centric approach.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for achieving targets and driving results.
- High level of resilience and adaptability to handle rejection and overcome challenges.
