Job Description:
As a Telecaller, you will be an integral part of our dynamic sales team, responsible for engaging with potential customers over the phone to promote our [products/services] and generate leads. Key Responsibilities:

- Data Entry: Accurately record and update customer information, interactions, and transactions in the CRM system for tracking and reporting purposes.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with team members, including Sales Managers and other Telecallers, to share insights, best practices, and strategies for achieving sales goals.
Requirements:
- Education: Minimum qualification of 10th grade (Matriculation) to Graduation from a recognized institution.
- Experience: Proven track record of at least 3 years in telemarketing or telecalling roles, preferably in a sales or customer service environment.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi, Gujarati, and English, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Sales Acumen: Strong sales orientation with the ability to identify opportunities, overcome objections, and close deals effectively.
- Customer Focus: Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and building positive relationships with customers.
- Computer Proficiency: Basic computer skills with the ability to use CRM software, and MS Office applications, and navigate the internet for research purposes.
- Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
