Job Description:

As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers via telephone to promote our products/services. Your primary objective will be to generate leads, schedule appointments, and ultimately drive sales. This role requires excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to effectively engage with prospects.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Outbound Calling: Make outbound calls to prospective customers from our database or leads provided by the company. Introduce our products/services and explain their benefits to potential customers.
  2. Lead Generation: Identify and qualify leads through proactive calling. Gather relevant information from potential customers to determine their needs and preferences.
  3. Appointment Setting: Schedule appointments for our sales team to meet with qualified leads. Ensure that appointments are accurately documented and confirmed.
  4. Follow-up: Follow up with potential customers who have shown interest but have not yet made a purchase. Maintain regular contact to nurture leads and encourage conversion.
  5. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing exceptional service and addressing any inquiries or concerns they may have.
  6. Achieve Targets: Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs set by the company. Continuously strive to improve performance and contribute to the overall success of the sales team.
  7. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all calls, interactions, and appointments in the CRM system. Generate reports as required by management.


  1. Education: Minimum of 12th-grade education, with preference given to candidates with a Bachelor's degree.
  2. Experience: At least 1 year of experience in telemarketing or a similar role. A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets is highly desirable.
  3. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and/or English. Ability to effectively convey information and build rapport over the phone.
  4. Sales Acumen: Strong sales orientation with a persuasive demeanor. Ability to overcome objections and close deals effectively.
  5. Adaptability: Willingness to work in a dynamic and target-driven environment. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  6. Tech-savvy: Proficiency in basic computer applications such as MS Office and familiarity with CRM software is preferred.
  7. Team Player: Collaborative mindset with a willingness to support team members and contribute to a positive work culture.
