Job Description:

Role Overview: As a Telecaller, your primary responsibility will be to initiate outgoing calls to prospective customers to promote our products/services, generate leads, and ultimately convert leads into sales. You will be engaging with customers courteously and professionally, actively listening to their needs, and providing relevant information about our offerings to effectively address their requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Outbound Calling: Place outbound calls to potential customers from our database or leads provided, presenting our products/services persuasively to secure sales opportunities.
  2. Lead Generation: Proactively identify and generate leads through cold calling, referrals, and other outreach methods, maintaining a high level of productivity to meet sales targets.
  3. Customer Engagement: Build and maintain positive relationships with customers by delivering exceptional service, addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  4. Product Knowledge: Acquire in-depth knowledge of our products/services to effectively communicate features, benefits, and value propositions to customers, addressing any queries or concerns they may have.
  5. Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, including call logs, sales activities, and follow-up actions, using designated CRM software or tools.
  6. Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the sales team and other departments to coordinate efforts, share insights, and contribute to overall business objectives.


  • Education: Minimum qualification of 12th grade (High School) to Graduate level.
  • Experience: At least 1 year of prior experience in telecalling or a related field is preferred.
  • Age: Candidates must be between 18 to 40 years old.
  • Gender: Open to individuals of all genders; both male and female candidates are encouraged to apply.
