Position Overview: As a Telecaller, you will be at the forefront of our customer interaction efforts. Key Responsibilities:

• Initiate outbound calls to prospective customers and follow up on leads to generate sales opportunities.
• Handle inbound calls from customers promptly and professionally, addressing their queries, concerns, and product/service inquiries.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by delivering exceptional service and personalized assistance.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products/services based on their requirements.
• Achieve individual and team targets for sales conversion, call volume, and customer satisfaction metrics.
• Accurately maintain records of customer interactions, transactions, and follow-up activities in the CRM system.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: Minimum 12th grade (High School Diploma) to Graduate level.
• Experience: At least 1 year of prior experience in a telecalling or customer service role, preferably in a sales environment.
• Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and engaging phone manner.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM software for managing customer interactions.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Goal-oriented mindset with a drive to achieve and exceed targets.
