Position Overview:

As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for initiating outbound calls to potential customers to generate sales, providing information, and offering excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Outbound Calling: Place outbound calls to prospective customers from our database or leads provided, to convert them into sales or scheduling appointments.
  2. Customer Engagement: Build rapport with customers by demonstrating a friendly and professional demeanor over the phone. Listen attentively to their inquiries and concerns, and provide accurate information about our products or services.
  3. Sales Pitch: Deliver persuasive sales pitches to potential customers, highlighting the features and benefits of our offerings. Effectively communicate pricing, promotions, and any other relevant details to encourage sales.
  4. Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads through effective questioning and probing techniques. Record and maintain accurate records of all interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
  5. Follow-Up: Conduct timely follow-up calls to nurture leads, address any additional questions or objections, and facilitate the sales process to closure.
  6. Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues or complaints, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction.
  7. Achievement of Targets: Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets to contribute to the overall success of the sales team and the organization.


  • Education: Minimum qualification of 12th grade (Higher Secondary) to Graduation from a recognized institution.
  • Experience: At least 1 year of prior experience in a similar telecalling or sales role is preferred.
  • Age: Candidates must be between 18 to 40 years old.
  • Gender: This opportunity is open to individuals of all genders - male, female, and others.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Excellent verbal communication skills in the local language and proficiency in Hindi or English.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and engage effectively with customers.
  • Persuasive and confident sales pitch with the ability to overcome objections.
  • Good listening skills and attention to detail to understand customer needs and preferences.
  • Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM software is an advantage.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
