Job Description:

As a Security Guard, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and security of our clients, their property, and the general public. Your responsibilities will include:

1. Monitoring and Surveillance: Conduct regular patrols of assigned areas to detect and deter suspicious activity. Maintaining vigilance and promptly reporting any security concerns or incidents to the appropriate authorities.
2. Access Control: Controlling access to designated areas by verifying credentials, issuing passes, and monitoring entry and exit points. Ensuring that only authorized individuals are allowed entry.
3. Customer Service: Providing exceptional customer service to clients, visitors, and employees. Assisting with inquiries, providing directions, and addressing any concerns professionally and courteously.
4. Emergency Response: Responding promptly to emergencies such as fire alarms, medical emergencies, or security breaches. Following established protocols and procedures to mitigate risks and maintain order.
5. Documentation: Maintaining accurate records of security activities, including incident reports, daily logs, and shift summaries. Completing required paperwork in a timely and thorough manner.
6. Teamwork: Collaborating with fellow security guards and other staff members to ensure effective communication and coordination of security efforts. Supporting team members and working together to achieve common goals.

Qualifications:

• Education: Minimum 8th-grade education up to graduation. We welcome applicants from diverse educational backgrounds who demonstrate the necessary skills and abilities for the role.
• Experience: No prior experience in security is required. We provide comprehensive training to all new hires to ensure they are equipped with the knowledge and skills needed to succeed in the role.
• Age: Candidates must be between 18 and 60 years old to be considered for this position.
