5. Customer Service: Provide assistance and guidance to visitors, employees, and tenants as needed. Exhibit professionalism and courtesy in all interactions.
6. Report Writing: Maintain accurate records of activities, incidents, and any noteworthy observations. Prepare detailed reports as required by the company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Education: Minimum 8th-grade education up to Graduate level.
• Experience: No prior experience required. Training will be provided to suitable candidates.
• Age: Applicants must be between 18 to 60 years old.
